Ship Subscription Manager flows (tiers, bundles, promotions) in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, backed by Go REST APIs and embedded in Bell's iOS and Android apps. The product serves 350,000+ subscribers and over $10M in monthly revenue.

Own front-end releases through GitLab CI/CD, AWS, and New Relic, and served as the primary contact for urgent UI production incidents. Built end-to-end tests into the pipeline, cutting manual QA by several hours per release.

Load-tested service endpoints with k6 and Grafana, traced bottlenecks, and retuned AWS capacity for post-release stability. Built cross-database monitoring for promotion records (containerized SQL checks and cron email alerts), cutting detection time from 1 hour to seconds.
