   • Ship Subscription Manager flows (tiers, bundles, promotions) in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, backed by Go REST APIs and embedded in Bell's iOS and Android apps. The product serves 350,000+ subscribers and over $10M in monthly revenue.
   • Own front-end releases through GitLab CI/CD, AWS, and New Relic, and served as the primary contact for urgent UI production incidents. Built end-to-end tests into the pipeline, cutting manual QA by several hours per release.
   • Load-tested service endpoints with k6 and Grafana, traced bottlenecks, and retuned AWS capacity for post-release stability. Built cross-database monitoring for promotion records (containerized SQL checks and cron email alerts), cutting detection time from 1 hour to seconds.

   Part-time full-stack developer, promoted to lead in 2022, at the Music Perception and Cognition Lab.

   • Built a relational model and XML ingestion for the Orchestration Analysis Research Database, used by 1,000+ music researchers worldwide. Built a UI in React to store annotated scores in PostgreSQL (10,000+ rows across 10 tables) and return the exact validation error so researchers could fix the file and resubmit. Reduced the manual task from 4 hours to 20 minutes.
   • Containerized the full stack with Docker (Django REST Framework, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Nginx). Deployment and development setup dropped from hours to minutes. Deployed the app and database to a Linux server with GitHub Actions.
   • Indexed the data in an Elasticsearch cluster and built a query builder with jQuery, improving complex-query latency by 70%. Led two developers and turned researcher requests into scoped stories.

   • Shipped Angular/TypeScript and ASP.NET/C# features for CUPE's public-sector case system (grievances, insurance claims, and employer–employee meetings), using Entity Framework Core. Automated workflows that took staff multiple hours per case.
